HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchases, but if not, you can return items in their original condition within a maximum period of 15 calendar days after receiving the request and issue a refund.
Please note that we can not make changes size, so if you need to change an article on the other, we will refund you for your order and you make a new purchase online.
Making a return or exchange is very easy. If you find any problem, you can contact us here.
You can send items from different orders in one package, filling and entering the sheet of return for each order within the package. This is very important for us to have the details of your order.

We recommend keeping a shipment test.
Your refund can take up to 10 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) to get to our store, depending on the method you use return.
We will send an email on the first working day after receiving your refund to confirm that it has been received and refunded.
Any refund will automatically be made in the payment method used to place the order. It may take 5 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
We try to accept all returns and do not have to be in their original box or bag, as long as it is packed safely. In the unlikely event that an item is returned in an improper condition, we would have to send it back.
You can return the clothes that you want to exchange, after we refund you the money, you can purchase new order with the sizes or colors that you prefer.
